Daily maintenance of Blender:

Primary maintenance


The concrete mixer works normally after 100 hours.


1 In the primary maintenance of mixer, besides routine maintenance, clutch should be dismantled and checked, and brake clearance should be adjusted. For example, inside clutch, the outer brake belt should be replaced badly. In addition, we need to check wire rope, V sliding bearing, sleeping system and walking wheel.


2 In the primary maintenance of forced concrete mixer, it is necessary to check and adjust the clearance between mixing blade and scraper and liner, the closure and flexibility of hopper and unloading door, and the algorithm of primary water distribution system for clutch wear degree is normal.


3 chain drive concrete mixer needs to check the elongation of chain pitch.


Two level maintenance


The secondary maintenance period of concrete mixer is generally 700 to 1500 hours. In the secondary maintenance, besides the primary maintenance, the reducer, motor and open gear must be disassembled and inspected. Besides, it is necessary to check the operating mechanism of the frame and the discharge, and clean the walking wheels.


Steering mechanism.


When disassembling and inspecting reducer, the gear, axle, shaft vomiting and oil passage should be cleared. The wear degree of the surface of halogen profile should be inspected - after disassembling and inspecting, the new gear oil should be added.


When disassembling and inspecting motors, dust on stator windings should be removed, bearings should be cleaned and new lubricants added, and clearance between stator and rotor should be checked and adjusted.


3 When disassembling and inspecting the open gear, it is necessary to clean the tooth profile, perimeter and bearing of the gear, inspect the wear condition, and replace the gear when excessive wear occurs.


4 the internal and external brake belts of the feeding clutch should be replaced in time if worn out.


5 when the frame of the concrete mixer is skewed, it should be repaired or corrected.


6. When disassembling and inspecting the water meter, put the casing in the right position, remove the rust around the suction pipe and the casing and on the inner lever, and brush with anti-rust paint.


When disassembling and inspecting the three-way valve, the corrosion and scale near the valve chamber and pipeline interface should be removed to keep the waterway open.


8 pairs of special mechanisms, such as rubber brackets, stroke switches, water meters, solenoid valves, etc., can be regularly checked, adjusted and cleaned according to the situation.
